Ok, so now for the other contenders. I need a dress for the rehearsal dinner and the morning-after brunch. And I need to look smoking hot, in a classy sort of way. So, help!

Democracy in Action
Well, not really. Because we are letting Eddie vote, and because the majority might not win, and because really, I just want some opinions because I am at a total and complete loss as to what to wear to my best friend's wedding festivities. Of course, the bridesmaid dress is set. And it fits, other than the shallow breathing I will be doing all night (I have a big ribcage, ok??). Behold, it is actually pretty cute:

As per a number of requests, I am officially de-lurking.
Of the three on the bottom (just to avoid any confusion or thoughts of doofusness), I vote for the top one for dinner, and the bottom one for brunch.
Wow, I'm posting a comment in the same place as Scuba Steve? I feel so freaking honoured. I'm a little nervous, but here are the votes from Lord Eddie of Blogshire:
Before we begin, yes, the bridesmaid dress does look very cute.
Dinner dress: bottom one - stands out a mile, super hot, cute and classy, hands-down winner.
Brunch dress: Middle one - incredibly cute, relaxed and perfectly brunchy.
I think number one has a lot of class, I just don't find it suuuuper cute. Just my humble, non-American opinion though . . .
Second dress for brunch - super cute and fun, and the third for dinner - smoking hot!
In the name of democracy, I was going to de-lurk to post something profound, but after Eddie's comment, pretty much all I can say is "Ditto. On all 4 counts." Only he said it better than I could have.
Just my humble, American opinion, though.
Hmmm...I agree with Eddie (big surprise). Bottom dress for dinner and middle dress for brunch. The top dress? Ehhh...looks like an Empire waist that is too much Empire and not enough waist..not too much of a fan of the style (nor, for that matter, are most of the rest of us men).
Agreed. Bottom one for dinner, middle for brunch. All of them are very cute, and I think I'm jealous.
Um...#2 and #3 I can say this as politely as possible: No.
#1 and #4 hot.
And that is all.
The Namby is to be ignored on all things "female fashion"
I second (third? fourth?) Eddie's. So glad you bought the BCBG dress!
just because I represent a sane view, does not mean that I am to be cast aside
